Responsiblity for one's actions.  Seems like its rare that anyone follows that anymore.  Many have bought into this finger-pointing, "not me" attitude.  We search for excuses.  It's just in my genes.  I can't help it.  My father beat me.  My mother loved my brother more.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When did we stop studying the past, and our previous mistakes in order to learn from them and not make the same errors in the future?  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seems like the government has the most trouble learning from it's past mistakes, and for eagerly taking credit for things that may have gone right, but that they had nothing to do with.  One man does not protect an entire country.
